This is what you move:

As the Business Intelligence Manager you will utilize your experience in data, technology and analytics to fuel our delivery of insights-based analysis, reports, and optimizations for media activation across markets. Furthermore :
  • With your analytical experience you will be included in preparation and presentation of reports to stakeholders, using data to drive significant business decisions
  • You will be responsible for turning a business question into a technical brief, translating them into actionable roadmaps for technical and non-technical teams, work with experts and analysts to deliver solutions focused on applying advanced analytics and provide sound recommendations to the client
  • Continued enhancement of our business intelligence initiatives fueling reporting, insights, measurement & analytics capabilities to a best-in-class level
  • Understanding of advance analytics modelling and techniques to optimize consumer engagement and media investment
  • Understanding of Offline Media Data, Digital Performance Data and Competitive Data is a must
  • Detailed understanding of measurement frameworks
  • Develop & lead relationships with external retail, media and data partners to unlock the right data and set-up optimal processes for integration into agency data infrastructure
  • Support the design of reporting solutions and business intelligence platforms by identifying opportunities for integration of media, client, and retail data sets
  • For your exchange with the BI teams in UK it is helpful to have an understanding of API’s and data engineering to support the successful delivery of data warehousing activities
  • Experience in Microsoft Azure SQL, Snowflake, PowerBI and Advanced Excel is also beneficial for the exchange with our BI teams in the UK

The following qualities distinguish you:
  • 3+ years’ experience as a business intelligence or reporting specialists
  • Analytically minded with a problem-solving aptitude
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills at all levels; ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Previous experience with reporting and visualisation using Google Data Studio, Power BI, Tableau or other similar BI tools
  • Experience synthesizing disparate data sources to drive to logical, concise, and actionable conclusions.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL, data scripting languages (e.g. Python, R etc.) or statistical/mathematical software (e.g. R, SAS, or Matlab) is a plus
